Accurate building information is crucial for any commercial PV array installation. To complete a structural assessment effectively, we require detailed structural data for every roof area designated for installation.
By providing clear data upfront, we ensure the safety of the installation and prevent unexpected costs.
Submission Checklist
- Proposed PV Layout
- Completed Site Inspection Checklist
- Structural Roof Plans (if available)
- Photos of roof structure & surface
3 Ways to Gather Information
"As Constructed" Drawings
The quickest and most cost-effective method. While often unavailable for older structures (20+ years), it is worth requesting these from the building owner or the local Council before proceeding with inspections.
Installer Inspection
You complete the roof area inspection using the Gamcorp Site Inspection Checklist. We provide an Instruction Manual and offer online training sessions for your team to master this process.
Engage Gamcorp
We partner with AU/NZ building inspection companies to complete the service for you. Note: If an Elevated Work Platform is required, hire/delivery is charged at cost + 10%. A Pre-Inspection checklist is required first.
