Installation Ready by Gamcorp

Before installation

Know how it will be supported. Know what needs checking.

Product specifications are only part of the picture. The brackets, anchors and supporting structure need to suit the equipment and its proposed location.

Installation Ready combines product pre-certification with site-specific engineering to provide the structural sign-offs needed for equipment installation approvals. Assessment, design and certification are confirmed for your agreed scope.

Equipment installations

Engineering advice on how existing products and equipment will be supported at the proposed site, using the product weight, layout and installation details.

Brackets and fixings

Assessment of proposed brackets, fixings and connections between the product and the building. Share the product drawings, fixing details and available site records.

Supporting structures

Review of the structure carrying the installation loads, with any further investigation or design identified in the agreed scope.

Explore product and site assessment

A useful first conversation

From a product to a workable installation.

Whether you install equipment, supply a product range or coordinate building services, let’s talk about the engineering behind your next job.

Tell us what you’re installing, where it will go and what is still unknown. We can explain the next step and the information needed to scope the work.

Prepare product and site information

Before we meet

Can you help with equipment you haven’t designed?

Yes. Share the product drawings, weight and proposed installation arrangement. We can confirm the engineering needed for its supports, fixings and site.

What if the building or support details are missing?

Start with the information you have. We’ll identify further records, investigation or inspection needed to define the assessment.

Can one product assessment cover different installations?

Product pre-certification can establish assessed arrangements and conditions. Each proposed site still needs to be checked against those conditions; changes may require further engineering.

What should we bring to a catch-up?

A product name, a brief description of the installation and the questions holding up your next step. You can send drawings and project details afterwards.
