What Is In Place

Homepage overviewUpdated
Three service tiles, a smaller Fisher & Paykel feature and three recent project stories. Mobile sections and the footer are more compact. Review The Homepage
Services and navigationUpdated
Services is a short hub. The menu opens the dedicated Solar Ready, installer, owner, Fabrication Ready and Installation Ready pages. Older Services-topic links still resolve. Review The Service Hub
First contact and phone accessUpdated
Contact Details contains phone, email and office information. One enquiry form shows five fields up front; phone and extra project details are optional. Click-to-call is available in the header and mobile menu. Start your project
Solar Ready preparationImplemented
The installer/owner checklist keeps the selected answers and pre-inspection on one page. PDF summaries include the submission instruction for solar@gamcorp.com.au. Review The Checklist
Pricing calculator and exportsUpdated
One maintained calculator at /solar-ready-pricing-calculator/. /pricing/ redirects; the Services-page duplicate is removed. Installer and owner estimates use the captured website pricing system, with text and branded PDF exports. Review The Calculator
Case studies and project browsingUpdated
Eight named stories cover Solar Ready, Fabrication Ready and Installation Ready. Classic Pools appears under both relevant services. Project categories, partner links and the latest-story links are in place.
Purpose, history and teamUpdated
About explains why structural decisions matter, with Fisher & Paykel evidence and the Anakie article as commentary. History includes the corrected 1975, 1978, 2000, 2003 and 2009 milestones. Humam is removed from the team; Bill’s portrait shows 1941–2019 beneath his signature. Review About · Review The Team
Service identity and imageryUpdated
Current supplied service wordmarks use matching transparent canvases and compact menu sizing. Photo overlays are monochrome. Small service icons appear only in project category navigation. ICS uses concept illustrations; Fisher & Paykel testing imagery is illustrated rather than exposing original job photographs.
Resources and articlesImplemented
Audience filters, search, checklist preparation, engineering guides and the SEANZ 2026 reference PDF remain accessible. Technical draft guidance needs Engineering approval. Review Resources
Search foundationsPrepared
51 pre-rendered routes, unique metadata, canonical URLs, Organization and ProfessionalService schema, breadcrumbs, article authors and a sitemap. No hreflang is added because there are no separate AU/NZ versions. The public preview remains noindex.
Enquiry sending and file deliveryPreview only
Enquiry previews and downloads work locally. Selected files are not uploaded, emails are not sent and newsletter opt-ins do not create subscriptions. The existing job-submission portal is a separate route.
Gamcorp In NumbersModelled counters
Current labels are Years Of History, Commercial Clients Served, Solar Jobs Completed and Jobs Completed Since 1975. Job totals model daily growth; they are not connected to completed Accelo records.
Solar Ready customer language and price tablesUpdated
Solar pages, preparation guidance and resource summaries follow the Perfect Pitch: early engineering budgets for installers and site-specific roof advice for owners. Static installer/owner tables use the existing calculator bands and fees. Unconfirmed performance, insurance and turnaround claims are not published.
Site-wide searchUpdated
Header search indexes services, project stories, resources and articles, with shortcuts to the pricing calculator, preparation checklist and enquiry. Results are grouped and refreshed by the site build; search queries stay in the browser.
Service branding and balanced homepageUpdated
All three service logos lead the homepage; the extra solar audience and resource sections are removed. The approach uses three short steps. Footer and portfolio icons identify the appropriate service. Printable guides, checklist and pricing PDFs, capability overview and marketing carousels carry the relevant service branding.
Clear service offersUpdated
The five service pages use one reading column and four headings: What we do, How it works, How to get a price, and How to get started. Solar Ready visibly includes roof mount, array frames, ground mount and carports. Existing calculator bands are retained; detailed scope is optional and technical resources remain linked.
Installation Ready strategyUpdated
Manufacturers and equipment suppliers are the priority audience. The page explains engineering before installation and links three ungated preparation resources. Planned ANZ Access Pass, automation, public prices and new case-study claims are not presented as live capabilities. Martin must confirm detailed scope, inspections and certificate coverage.

Project Stories To Review

The stories now include named clients, scoped work and documented findings or deliverables. Review permission, technical accuracy and image credits separately from the website layout.

Decisions Before Launch

Confirm Pricing & Scope

Operations and Engineering should confirm the captured calculator rates, tiers, compliance fee, GST treatment, travel and access exclusions. The calculator does not automatically synchronise with the old website.

Approve Technical Content & Publication Rights

Confirm service deliverables, draft guides, project scope, captions, partner credits and client/image permissions. Keep documented findings separate from unverified time savings, approvals or guarantees.

Connect & Test Enquiry Delivery

Connect general enquiries to info@gamcorp.com.au and confirm the Solar Ready PDF route to solar@gamcorp.com.au. Test attachments, receipt, response responsibility, privacy/retention and the promised one-business-day reply before enabling real submissions.

Verify The Homepage Figures

The model starts from 10,000 solar jobs and 44,163 total jobs on 12 October 2026, adding three solar jobs and four total jobs per calendar day at staggered Melbourne times. Solar increments are included in the total. Confirm these baselines and the 1,300+ commercial-client figure against records; decide how verified totals will be maintained.

Complete Production Setup

Confirm the production domain, DNS, canonical URLs, legacy redirects, indexing and analytics. Keep the review site noindex until the production launch is approved. The roof-zone article remains a reference; no new engineering calculator or unverified formula has been introduced.

Content Approval Owners

John’s team checks technical claims, assessment inputs, deliverables, project findings and draft guidance.

Review Technical Content

Operations

Sanna’s team checks pricing, exclusions, forms, recipients and the handover into the live job process.

Keep The Review Current

Update this record when pages, prices, claims or intake routes change. Reconcile statistics with job records and retain the source and approval date for new stories. Proposed launch review: after the first 30 days, then quarterly.
